No cleaning experience? You're exactly who we're looking for. We provide 100% paid, hands-on training and pair you with experienced Pros until you're confident and certified — no sink-or-swim, no guessing.

Why people love working here:

•   Up to $24/hr — base pay + tips + performance bonuses. Our top performers consistently earn $24+.
• Monday–Friday, daytime only. Get your evenings, weekends, and holidays back — guaranteed.
• We pay you to train, travel, and drive — paid training, paid travel time between homes, and mileage reimbursement.
• Real advancement. We're a fast-growing local team and we promote from within — team lead and trainer roles are open to anyone who earns them.
• Built for real life. Genuinely one of the best jobs in Central Ohio for parents and anyone who wants a stable, predictable schedule.

What the job looks like day to day:
You'll use our proven 49-point checklist to clean homes to a five-star standard — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and leaving every home looking and feeling genuinely cared for.

Who does well here:
People who show up when they say they will, take pride in doing things right (even when no one's watching), and like the idea of making someone's day better. That matters more to us than experience — attitude and reliability we can build on; we'll teach you the technique.

What you'll need:
✔️ Valid driver's license + a reliable vehicle with active insurance
✔️ Able to lift up to 35 lbs
✔️ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✔️ Pass a background check
