Experience Professional Care Solutions is hiring experienced In Home Caregivers for 9 PM–7 AM awake overnight shifts . Pay is $26.00–$29.00/hour , including the overnight Premium Pay differential.
We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan and Three Forks.
These are 10-hour awake shifts . Overnight may mean fewer daytime distractions and more focused, one-on-one care—but it also means being the person a client can depend on at 2 AM, 4 AM, and as morning begins.
Good overnight caregivers need more than a schedule that works for them. They need clear care plans, responsive communication, and leadership they can reach when they need support.

9 PM–7 AM | 10-hour awake overnight shift
This is not a sleep shift .
You’ll remain awake, attentive, and ready to assist throughout the night.
Overnight Pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour
That rate is our $23.00–$26.00/hour base pay + $3.00/hour overnight Premium Pay differential .
Weekend shifts also qualify for an additional $3.00/hour Premium Pay differential. Some short-notice coverage needs may also qualify for Premium Pay.
Every client is different. Depending on the care plan, you may:
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
Support safe mobility and transfers
Assist with nighttime and morning routines
Prepare meals and provide nutrition support
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
Observe and report changes in condition
Complete accurate documentation
Follow care plans and safety protocols
Help clients maintain as much independence as safely possible
Nights already make sense to you.
You’ve worked overnight care before. You’d rather start at 9 PM than 8 AM. You’re a healthcare professional looking to add overnight income. You’re in nursing or healthcare school and nights fit better around classes. Or you simply prefer the quieter, more focused pace of working one-on-one after dark.
Whatever brings you to nights, we’re looking for people who understand the responsibility.
You can work independently without becoming disconnected. You stay alert when things are quiet. You notice changes. You communicate promptly. You follow the care plan. You accept feedback. You arrive prepared and leave knowing the work was handled properly.
Ability to remain awake and attentive for the full 10-hour shift
Valid driver’s license

Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures
$26.00–$29.00/hour for overnight shifts

You’ll start as a Care Provider . Caregivers who demonstrate reliability, competency, strong communication, client engagement, and consistent performance can advance to Care Professional and Care Lead roles.
