Work Environment: Food Manufacturing / Meat Processing Facility Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts; some Saturdays depending on production Overtime Available Job Summary Responsible for using hand tools and knives to cut and process meat products that will later be packaged. Responsibilities Cut and trim processed meats using knives and hand tools Pack and stack product Build boxes and packing materials Strap and prepare finished product Perform repetitive lifting, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Qualifications & Requirements Previous knife/meat cutting experience strongly preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a cold, damp processing environment Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts and some Saturdays as needed Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods Reliable attendance is required.
