We are partnering with Izzio Artisan Bakery , a rapidly growing food manufacturer in Colorado, to identify a hands-on Chief Operations Officer who is ready to help lead the organization through its next stage of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished food manufacturing executive who has successfully built or scaled a business and understands what it takes to develop the people, processes, and operational infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
We're looking for a progressive, entrepreneurial leader who has continued to take on greater responsibility throughout their career and has a proven track record of building teams, driving performance, and leading meaningful operational transformation.
This is not a sit-back executive role.
The Chief Operations Officer will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, providing strategic direction while staying connected to the plants, people, and day-to-day operations.
