About the Role
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s internal operations, ensuring that administrative functions such as human resources, information technology, facilities, and support services are aligned with strategic goals and operating efficiently. A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution is essential, as well as experience in driving change, implementing systems and policies, and ensuring compliance within complex or regulated environments.
