Title: Change Manager
Duration: 3 months
Location: Mclean, VA/ Richmond, VA
Salary Range: $45 - $50 hr. W2

We're looking for a professional to help plan, coordinate, and successfully implement technology and business changes within a highly regulated IT environment. This role involves working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership to ensure changes are well planned, properly communicated, and introduced with minimal disruption. This is a support role, rather than a leadership position.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Google Suite, with a strong emphasis on Sheets experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a highly regulated IT environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in change management within a technological context
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Experience in a support role within a large organization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate with various teams to plan and implement changes
Communicate change plans and updates to stakeholders
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives
