Exciting contract opportunity now available for a behavior professional with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support a middle school setting. This position is full-time, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through December 18, 2026––with the district typically working on 3-month contracts at a time and aiming for longer-term placement. The role centers on working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in general education classrooms, providing both direct ABA services and strategic behavioral guidance.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Must be a Behavior Technician (BT); open to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates who are comfortable working without BCBA supervision
• Demonstrated school-based experience working with children with ASD
• Strong ABA skill set a must
• Reliable transportation, as punctuality and consistent attendance are essential
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance
• Paraprofessionals, unfortunately, are not eligible for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to implement individualized ABA strategies in the classroom
• Conduct direct observations, gather data, and update behavior intervention plans as needed
• Offer support and guidance to students to facilitate their inclusion and success in general education settings
• Maintain open communication with multidisciplinary team
• Participate in ongoing case review and development meetings
