Seeking an experienced BCBA or RBT to support middle school students within a General Education environment, working primarily with an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) population. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work in a collaborative, school-based setting near Boston, MA, where your expertise in ABA methodologies will be highly valued from day one.

This assignment is projected to extend through December 18, 2026, and follows a 3-month contract renewal model. The district aims to maintain continuity for students and may offer extensions based on evolving needs. You’ll play a key role developing and implementing behavior intervention plans while supporting an inclusive classroom experience.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active BCBA certification or RBT credentials; however, BCBA supervision is not provided
• Proven track record supporting students with autism in K-12 settings—school-based experience is mandatory
• Strong ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) skills essential
• BT credential required
• Must have reliable transportation and be within a feasible commuting distance—remote or lengthy commutes are not permitted
• Comfortable participating in Zoom interviews
• Paraprofessionals are not being considered for this opening

Key Responsibilities:

• Address behavioral and academic needs for ASD students in a general education context
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and analyze student data to adjust interventions as needed
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment focused on skill development and growth
